Recently, 20 private developers signaled their interest in partnering with Fort Wayne. They want to work with the city to turn the North River property into a major redevelopment project. This level of interest demonstrates that our city and community leaders’ decision to purchase the site was a smart move, and our investments on Riverfront are continuing to pay off for the community.
