YANKTON, S.D. – Midland University took to the track and the field at the 2024 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Championships held inside the Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Field House in Yankton, South Dakota over the weekend. The Warriors placed 5th as a team with several All-GPAC performances. Evan Shepard secured a 3rd place finish in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.36. Lucas Hjortkjaer showed his endurance in the 800m, claiming 10th place with a time of 2:03.80.
