Revisiting prognosis of oligodendroglioma patients in the 2021 WHO classification: incremental value of imaging features - European Radiology
Abstract To investigate whether imaging factors can improve the prediction of progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with oligodendroglioma over clinicopathological features. A total of 180 patients diagnosed and treated for oligodendroglioma (IDH-mutant and 1p/19q codeleted) between 2005 and 2021 were included. Clinical data and preoperative MRI images were analyzed for qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
Democratic Resilience and Vulnerability in South Korea: Lessons from South Korea's 2024-2025 Constitutional Crisis
Abstract References Citations Supplementary Data This article examines South Korea’s 2024–2025 constitutional crisis, triggered by President Yoon Suk-yeol’s unconstitutional declaration of martial law on December 3, 2024. The analysis focuses on three key aspects: the role of election fraud conspiracy theories in motivating anti-democratic actions, the dynamics of democratic resistance, and the challenges of maintaining cross-partisan pro-democracy coalitions.
Correction: Revisiting gliomatosis cerebri in adult-type diffuse gliomas: a comprehensive imaging, genomic and clinical analysis - Acta Neuropathologica Communications

Revisiting gliomatosis cerebri in adult-type diffuse gliomas: a comprehensive imaging, genomic and clinical analysis - Acta Neuropathologica Communications
Brain MR images, including T1-weighted, T2-weighted, fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), postcontrast 3D T1-weighted, and diffusion-weighted images were acquired. The detailed parameters for the MRI protocols are listed in Supplementary Material S2.
Development of a [89Zr]Zr-labeled Human Antibody using a Novel Phage-displayed Human scFv Library
Tax-interacting protein 1 (TIP1) is a cancer-specific radiation-inducible cell surface antigen that plays a role in cancer progression and resistance to therapy. This study aimed to develop a novel anti-TIP1 human antibody for noninvasive PET imaging in patients with cancer. A phage-displayed single-chain variable fragment (scFv) library was created from healthy donors’ blood. High-affinity anti-TIP1 scFvs were selected from the library and engineered to human IgG1.

Astrocytic scar restricting glioblastoma via glutamate-MAO-B activity in glioblastoma-microglia assembloid
Biomaterials Research, Jul 2023 Glial scar formation is a reactive glial response confining injured regions in a central nervous system. However, it remains challenging to identify key factors formulating glial scar in response to glioblastoma (GBM) due to complex glia-GBM crosstalk. Here, we constructed an astrocytic scar enclosing GBM in a human assembloid and a mouse xenograft model. GBM spheroids were preformed and then co-cultured with microglia and astrocytes in 3D Matrigel.
