Métodos: estudio transversal con una muestra de 200 médicos residentes en la Ciudad de México. Se aplicaron las escalas de Maslach, Beck y Hamilton para evaluar burnout, depresión y ansiedad, respectivamente. La variable principal fue la deserción académica.
