Jessica Toonkel’s Biography
Jessica Toonkel is a Reuters correspondent covering investing trends, exchange-traded funds and asset management. During her tenure at Reuters, she has covered mergers and acquisitions, activism, wealth management and retirement issues. Jessica has covered finance and retirement topics for 14 years for a range of publications including InvestmentNews, American Banker and Institutional Investor News. In 2012, Jessica was nominated as a Gerald Loeb Award finalist for Reuters’ coverage of the Facebook IPO. She has also won a number of awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. A graduate of Vassar College, Jessica is a native New Yorker now living in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
