Machine learning-based revelation of GABBR1 and IQGAP2 as candidate biomarkers of pulmonary arterial hypertension and their correlation with immune infiltration
Abstract Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a pulmonary vascular disease with complex pathogenesis, and its intrinsic molecular mechanisms remain unclear. The aim of this study was to screen gene expression data from PAH patients, identify possible diagnostic indicators of PAH and to investigate the role of immune cell infiltration in the progression of PAH. This study made use of the gene expression dataset of PAH patients from the GEO database.

Covalent chemistry on nanostructured substrates enables noninvasive quantification of gene rearrangements in circulating tumor cells
Abstract Well-preserved mRNA in circulating tumor cells (CTCs) offers an ideal material for conducting molecular profiling of tumors, thereby providing a noninvasive diagnostic solution for guiding treatment intervention and monitoring disease progression.
Entirely Oligosaccharide-based Supramolecular Amphiphiles Constructed via Host-guest Interactions as Efficient Drug Delivery Platforms
Entirely oligosaccharide-based supramolecular amphiphiles were constructed via host-guest interactions between ferrocene-terminated acetylated-maltoheptaose (Fc-AcMH) and ?-cyclodextrin-terminated four-arm star maltoheptaose (MH4-?-CD). The amphiphiles could self-assemble to form spherical supramolecular nanoparticles to provide efficient drug delivery platforms.
