The dopant (n- and p-type), band gap, and size-dependent field electron emission induced from silicon nanowires
The dopant (n- and p-type), band gap, and size-dependent field electron emission induced from silicon nanowires This study investigates the electron field emission induced from vertical silicon nanowires (SiNWs) fabricated onto n-type Si(100) and p-type Si(100) substrates using catalyst-induced etching. The impact of dopant (n- and p-type), optical energy gap, and crystallite size on field electron emission(FEE) parameters has been explored in detail.

Static and dynamic magnetic properties of circular and square cobalt nanodots in hexagonal cells
Static and dynamic magnetic properties of circular and square cobalt nanodots in hexagonal cells In this work we performed a detailed numerical analysis to investigate the static and dynamic magnetic properties of hexagonal cells of square and circular cobalt nanodots as a function of the distance between them and the external magnetic field to which they are subjected.
