Experimental design and analysis In all experiments, tubers were harvested after plant senescence. For each plant, tuber number and total tuber weight per plant were recorded and average tuber weight (in g/tuber) was calculated. The climate rooms were placed adjacent to each other, and similarly constructed (Green Simplicity).
