How to Sign Your Emails
What’s the proper way to sign off in an email? Unfortunately, there is no universally correct way. The best signature may be none at all. Because: “Sincerely,” is too formal. “Yours,” is anachronistic. “Best,” is often seen as antiseptic or rote. “Cheers,” is weird unless you’re writing your email from inside a pub. “Thanks,” can work, if you are actually asking the person for something in the email. It’s not a good all-purpose closer, though. “Love,” of course, is all you need.
What are the flaws of Design Thinking?
Credit: Tyler Anthony Earlier last week, I was talking about Design Thinking as a guest speaker in a university course. Of course, it was always pleasant to be the first one to introduce this powerful way of thinking to people. And I am particularly delighted to provoke students’ thinking on building a human-centric product, rather than charming by the cutting-edge technology by itself.
Dr. Ti’eshia Moore: Getting An Upgrade; How Anyone Can Build Habits For Optimal Wellness, Performance, & Focus
As a part of our series about “How Anyone Can Build Habits For Optimal Wellness, Performance, & Focus”, I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Ti’eshia Moore. Looking back, I spend a lot less on entertainment since I stay home most of the time (also no new clothes are needed!). My purchase this year is mainly about self-growth and improving my quality of life. Below, I come up with a list of items that proved to be a good asset that you may consider having too. 1.
4 embarrassing thing you need to get used to as a Design Thinking coach
And how to respond to that most importantly. Photo by UX Indonesia on Unsplash Being a Design Thinking coach for almost 3 years, I have facilitated the Design Thinking process both in project and app development. Apart from that, I also led nearly 20 Design Thinking workshops in my day as a consultant. I love Design Thinking. And I particularly like how we can apply various simple methods to frame the problem, emphasize our users, and unleash great creativity for innovation.
4 Etiquette You Might Have Forgotten When You Work During Weekend
Be mindful of this, so others won’t hate you Photo by XPS on Unsplash Starting from this year, we spent a lot more time at home, even during the weekend. Since I now have a relatively flexible schedule on Saturday and Sunday, I somehow end up sitting in front of the computer to catch up with non-urgent tasks. It includes things that I miss before or having some early preparation for the upcoming week. It might sound sick, but I do enjoy the working weekend from time to time.
Why Bother with Low Rate Fixed Deposit
Why the 0.1% Interest Rate will be your entrance ticket to big fortune When I was a teenager, I was totally a noob in managing my money. All I know was I had a bank account, and I could withdraw money to buy things that I needed from there. That’s all. I turned a blind eye to the bank statement every month — no checking, no questions, simply filed it to the folder without looking at it. Earlier today, when I was decluttering my old folder, I accidentally found the bank statement from 10 years ago.
