How is social media changing news?

It is making it harder to report in a sea of unverified news. It's more important than ever to set yourself apart as a solid reliable source.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Expand the topics you cover. While it's wonderful to be an expert in one area new writers often put themselves box which is limiting.

What's your favorite drink?

Depends on the time of day and how hard of a day it's been. Tea is my go-to until it's late enough to add alcohol.
