Case Report: PRaG 3.0 therapy for advanced cervical cancer with severe comorbidities
Abstract Patients with advanced cervical cancer complicated by renal dysfunction and severe anemia are frequently ineligible for standard platinum-based chemotherapy, creating an urgent need for effective non-platinum salvage strategies.
A self-perpetuating neuron-intrinsic GSDMD–mtDNA–AIM2 inflammasome axis drives neuronal pyroptosis and cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury
Abstract Introduction: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a leading cause of mortality and long-term disability worldwide, producing acute neurological deficits and lasting cognitive impairment. Post-injury neuroinflammation is a principal driver of secondary damage and contributes substantially to TBI-induced cognitive dysfunction (TBI-CD), yet the cell-autonomous mechanisms operating within neurons remain incompletely characterised.

Mapping heterogeneous brain structural subtypes in alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment using normative models - Translational Psychiatry
Abstract Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a heterogeneous disorder with individual variability in clinical and biological features. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) represents transition phase and provides a critical window for early intervention. Clinically applicable metrics for quantifying individual brain structural variations remain limited. This study aimed to delineate neuroanatomical heterogeneity and identify brain structural subtypes using individual deviation analysis.
Clinical validation of a tissue-agnostic genome-wide methylome enrichment assay to monitor response to pembrolizumab - npj Precision Oncology

Abstract Immunotherapy has significantly improved the treatment of metastatic solid tumors; however, detecting early signs of response to enable timely intervention for resistant tumors remains challenging. A blood-only circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) test may provide a rapid assessment of tumor response without reliance on matched tumor tissue.

EN2 engrailed 2 GBM glioblastoma MCT1 monocarboxylate transporter 1 SREBP sterol regulatory element-binding protein TMZ temozolomide 1 Introduction Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive malignant brain tumour. The current main treatment modalities include surgery, temozolomide chemotherapy (TMZ) and radiotherapy [1, 2]. However, the five-year survival rate for patients after treatment is less than 5%, and the prognosis is poor [3].
Inflammatory Biomarkers as Prognostic Indicators for Intracranial Aneurysm Recurrence After Stent‐Assisted Coil Embolization
1 Introduction Overall, intracranial aneurysms (IAs) continue to be a significant issue for public health, affecting approximately 0.4%–3% of the population [1]. In the management of IAs, endovascular treatment (EVT) has been established as the primary treatment option, while stent-assisted coil embolization (SACE) has also gained considerable traction [2].

Copper interface promotes the transformation of nickel hydroxide into high-valent nickel for efficient oxygen evolution reaction
Copper interface promotes the transformation of nickel hydroxide into high-valent nickel for efficient oxygen evolution reaction Junjun Zhang, Fengcheng Zhou, Aiming Huang, Yong Wang, Wei Chu and Wen Luo Abstract The anodic oxygen evolution reaction (OER) hinders the development of hydrogen production by electrolysis of water due to its slow reaction kinetics. Ni in the high-valent state has shown promising OER activity, which is, however, not preferred at relatively low overpotentials.

And the mass and specific activities of Cu2O@Pt0.07 nanocatalyst (0.611 mA μgPt-1, 1.68 mA cm-2) are 2.8 and 4.3 times higher than that of the commercial Pt/C catalyst.
Phosphorus-Doped PdSn Nanocatalyst with Abundant Defective Atoms for Enhanced Methanol Oxidation
The design of the nanostructure of palladium-based nanocatalysts is considered to be a very effective way to improve the performance of nanocatalysts. Recent studies have shown that multiphase nanostructures can increase the active sites of palladium catalysts, thus effectively improving the catalytic efficiency of palladium atoms. However, it is difficult to regulate the phase structure of Pd nanocatalysts to form a compound phase structure.

3.8 Mechanical Properties The mechanical performance of EP and FREP were measured by impact properties and flexural properties and tensile properties. The specific results are displayed in Figure 13 and Figure 15. Among them, the impact strength significantly improved with the addition of BID. It increased from 9.06 kJ m−2 for EP to 16.89 kJ m−2 for EP-1.5, an increase of 84.2%. The phenomenon is due to the introduction of flexible chain segments in the BID.
