Justin Riggin’s Biography

Justin Riggin is a distinguished entrepreneur and small business owner from Georgia. He is recognized for his extensive manufacturing consultant, construction, and manufacturing contributions. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is equally committed as a devoted father and active community member, always eager to lend a helping hand where it's needed.

From a young age, he was greatly influenced by his maternal grandfather, an adept industrial designer, and his great-uncle, an accomplished industrial engineer. His early exposure to industrial creativity and problem-solving ignited a passion he nurtured through regular participation in Habitat for Humanity projects during annual mission trips.

Justin has amassed a wealth of experience in various construction projects. His portfolio includes working on diverse developments, from single-family homes to expansive projects involving multi-family housing, high-rise buildings, and retail and office spaces. His expertise extends to governmental, heavy industrial, utility, wastewater, and educational institutional projects.

In 2023, Justin ventured to establish Industrial Water Solutions based in Atlanta. As the Principal, he spearheads the company, which specializes in delivering water treatment solutions to manufacturers and municipalities, overseeing daily operations and financial management.

He also holds a significant role as a Director at Bonavic Construction, an Atlanta-based full-service commercial general contractor and custom home builder across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Here, he is instrumental in planning, budgeting, and executing single- and multi-family developments. His dedication to maintaining high standards of excellence and professionalism has allowed him to forge strong professional relationships characterized by integrity, ingenuity, and reliability.

Additionally, Justin is a managing member at Key Services Company, a consultancy firm in Atlanta, where he oversees program management, capital planning and execution, and quality management and optimization for the commercial and industrial sectors. His project involvements have included Equalization Facility Upgrades in Cartersville, Storm Infrastructure Improvements in Emerson, and Hardscapes Improvements in midtown Atlanta.

Before ascending to these heights, Justin had already built a solid foundation in the industry. His prior roles include serving as the Operation Manager at Carroll Daniel Construction, where he was charged with capital planning, budgeting, and execution of several key projects, such as the Learning Academy at Woodson Park Academy, the Education Center at Grove Park YMCA, and Campbell High School Renovations.

His journey in construction began as a superintendent at Carroll Daniel Construction, where he was responsible for developing and executing schedules, preconstruction planning, and daily construction activity management. He consistently upheld sequencing, quality control, safety, and third-party inspections.

Justin's role as the Director of Engineering at Doehler North America further mirrored his responsibilities at Carroll Daniel Construction, leading notable projects like the Doehler Teawolf R&D Lab & Office Expansion in Pine Brook, NJ, and several others in Chicago and Cartersville.

His career in construction took off after he graduated from Auburn University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. One of his earliest roles was as a Superintendent at Balfour Beatty Construction, where he managed several high-profile projects, including the construction of a Whole Foods in midtown Atlanta and the Icon Midtown, a 40-story high-rise.

While at Auburn University, Justin also gained experience as an intern at Coastal Builders, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama, assisting the Project Manager with procurement, budgeting, billing, trade coordination, and scheduling for various projects.

Beyond work, Justin enjoys the simplicity and joy of life outdoors with his children. He's an avid runner and reader and enjoys riding, hiking, cooking, and gardening. He continually seeks knowledge through research projects and academic studies.

Furthermore, Justin actively participates in community events like the Rotary Club’s Annual Smoke on the Lake BBQ Competition in Acworth, Georgia, a cherished tradition and a charitable fundraiser benefiting local and international charities. He also supports various other causes, including Extension and Wycliffe Ministries donations.
