This paper documents the first reported cases of patients in the Philippines in 2019 who underwent transvaginal ultrasound-guided trucut biopsy. Different indications for trucut biopsy were demonstrated, highlighting its clinical utility in the diagnosis and management of malignant pelvic tumours. The first case was in a 57 yo G0, s/p THBSO for an unknown pelvic tumour, presenting with abdominal enlargement. Ultrasound showed a 10 × 9 × 9 cm solid pelvic mass with moderate flow.
