What was your first job as a journalist?
I worked at CBS News in London as a digital intern and as a freelance writer for Everything Theatre, also in London.
Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes I have. But not in any professional capacity. We had one when I was growing up!
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Emailed pitches work fine, but I want them to be tailored to the podcasts I produced. No random pitches please.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Adobe Cloud, particularly Audition.
What's your favorite social network?
Instagram
Why did you become a journalist?
It seemed like a better choice than film school and then I fell in love with the craft, particularly audio storytelling.

What's your favorite drink?
Irish tea or La Croix.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
On the couch watching K-dramas and crocheting.
