When I was an editor, always by email, occasionally on Twitter.
Why did you become a journalist?
Because everyone has a story, and it's the ultimate privilege to learn and tell those stories.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
A complex 3,000-word feature for BC Business on how our modern food distribution system is failing consumers who want to buy local food.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Research, rewrite, persist.
