I was hired as a part-timer at the Des Moines Register and took high school sports scores over the phone.

I worked for the East High School (Des Moines) Scroll and was features editor.

What's your favorite drink?
Iced coffee.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
On a bicycle, playing golf or curled up with a good book.
