Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes! This Christmas I received a typewriter and not having a backspace button has proved difficult. Great aesthetic though.

Why did you become a journalist?
I love writing, but could never be the subject of my own story. Journalism has allowed me to tell stories people really care about.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I currently work as the Print News Editor for my high school's newspaper.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I was able to report on our schools holiday concert and my research led to directors considering the lack of diversity within the concert.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Your responsibility as a journalist is to tell people's stories as honestly and objectively as possible. Use your platform to inform.
