Ms Bills serves as an active advocate for literacy and founder of " Winners Reading Program " which extends open invitations to those living in surrounding Mid South area. Ms.Bills also current founder of " Katrina Bills National Bookclub which serves multiple public school systems through out the United States . A scholar writer with affiliations with colleges and universities abroad ; Ms Bills an award winning poet approved for advanced poetic studies finds time to continue her leadership skills serving others on a daily basis.
