Why did you become a journalist?
I love to write and I've had a passion for pop culture and film for as long as I can remember.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I was on the yearbook committee but it wasn't exactly a formative experience.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
Any of my celebrity analyses for Pajiba, but especially the pieces on Brie Larson & Jessica Biel.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Write all the damn time and remember that your thoughts are your own.

Any time I'm online but preferably evenings.

Reading a book on the couch, in a bar drinking margaritas, at the cinema or museums.
