Keb Cuevas (born as Kevin San Miguel Cuevas), is a digital agriculturist, recognized for his impactful social entrepreneurship and economic development initiatives. Keb was awarded the prestigious YSEALI at Brown University Academic Fellowship for social entrepreneurship and economic development in 2018. He has over eight years of experience in data analytics, and is also registered agriculturist licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines.

In 2018, he founded Tagani, a multi-awarded agriculture digital platform with services in farm management solutions, agricultural learning, and e-commerce. He has also written articles for Rappler and other publications on topics such as social innovation, disaster response, civic participation, digital media, and technology. He later worked as Innovation Division Chief at the National Economic and Development Authority, the Philippines planning agency.
Keb Cuevas finished his bachelor's degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, he is also a licensed agriculturist. He attended his master's program in Data Science at the Technological Institute of the Philippines in Manila and is currently pursuing his PhD in Data Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman. In 2018, he completed his post-graduate fellowship in economic development at Brown University in Rhode Island, United States.
As a researcher and journalist, Keb is interested in digital agriculture, network sciences, and geospatial data science. He also performs as KEB as a singer, host, and events promoter.
