What was your first job as a journalist?
I am forever grateful for the The New Orleans Tribune. I obtained my first freelance project with the news outlet and it was up from there!

Yes! I took a typing class in high school!

Why did you become a journalist?
I actually started blogging first after being impacted by Hurricane Katrina. I wanted a way to share financial resources with my community!

Black Enterprise publication with P.J. Morton - he is one of my fav singers!
