Fruquintinib plus sintilimab in advanced cervical cancer: an open-label, multicentre, phase 2 study
Abstract Efficacy of second-line treatments after first-line platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer is modest. This open-label, single-arm, multicentre, proof-of-concept phase 2 study evaluated fruquintinib plus sintilimab in advanced cervical cancer. Patients recruited between July 2021 and June 2022 had received at least first-line platinum-based chemotherapy or were unable to receive standard treatment in China.

1 Introduction Aphidoletes aphidimyza (Rondani) is commercially available and widely released to control aphids in greenhouse crop production (Gullino et al. 2020). It exhibits strong ability to search prey (van Schelt and Mulder 2000) and prmaintains larval predatory activity under both low-temperature (Zhu et al. 2025) and short-term high-temperature environments (Wang et al. 2023). A. aphidimyza larvae can prey on 85 species of aphids (Boulanger et al. 2019).
