Kerry Newberry loves chasing stories about people through food, wine and farms.
She contributes to regional and national magazines, newspapers and online publications covering food and wine, farms, travel and lifestyle. Her favorite stories have taken her foraging with chefs, traveling by skiff with oyster farmers off the Oregon coast and hiking to a buffalo range in remote Eastern Washington.
She’s interviewed lamb farmers and fisherman, coopers, chefs and winemakers (most recently a beekeeper) and always leaves inspired.
