Kevin Broom’s Biography

I'm a husband, father, and writer. I moonlight as a writer/analyst for Bullets Forever, which covers everything to do with the hapless Washington Wizards. Bullets Forever is part of SBNation, which is owned by Vox.

I'm part of the sporadic #SoWizards podcast with Ben Becker, in which we attempt to perform good thinking as we talk Wizards, NBA, statistical analysis, and whatever else comes to mind. Subscribe: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-sowizards-podcast-with-becker-broom/id1194772119?mt=2

My freelance writing has appeared at Vice, the Washington Post, RealGM, Sports Illustrated, NBC Sports, and other outlets and publications.

My first novel -- a murder mystery set in Washington, DC -- is coming in serial form on my website -- https://kevinbroom.com/.
