What was your first job as a journalist?
I was accepted at Survivethis.news, back then the biggest Survival and Horror Games Website in Germany.
Have you ever used a typewriter?
I did! When I went to an interactive museum, so there you go - you are this old.
How is social media changing news?
Social Media impacts the longevity of news. Every few minutes the next "BREAKING" gets releases. Everything's breaking, nothing matters.

Liu Cixin (Trisolaris)
What does it mean to be a journalist?
Integrity, don't do stuff just because of possible reach, offering an objective perspective on your topics, with personal touch. And much mo.

I don't like them at all, but Instagram has some cute Shiba Inu videos, so probably this!

Why did you become a journalist?
I was reading Games Magazines since I was 7 years old and admired the fantastic worlds people dive in to write these compelling stories.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I submitted the images for my schools newspaper in Middle School.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I have written over 5,000 articles in my life, but one of the best was about the blizzard controversy, that I wrote as an application for MeinMMO.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Strive for the great stories! Don't do the cheap stuff just for the quick-click. Find your Passion, write about it, build connections.

An insider pitched something to me, I made the content, it got copied by many pages stating "source: Insider" - Nice Pitch, bad Site owners

"Top 10 Casino Games, that are actually good"

Coffee with Popcorn flavor
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
I love to canoe, play Paintball and just relax in my yard with friends and a cold one.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I love to read smaller blogs because you can feel that there is no pressure, no corporation behind it.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
People think Games Journalism is only fluff and copied content, but there are some who take it seriosly ;)
