Partnerships deliver equitable clean energy initiatives for New Jersey
Some might be surprised to learn that an energy efficiency program can be a pathway to more equitable communities, but that's precisely what PSE&G’s award-winning programs are achieving.
Utilities must partner with unions, focus on diversity for brightest future
Labor unions have been making headlines for months as they push for change amid an evolving technology and economic landscape. These are the most recent efforts in a long history that has led to our country’s adoption of many of the worker protections and fair wage laws we know and value today.
A ‘meshed grid’ is key to NJ’s clean-energy future
On Sept. 21, Gov. Phil Murphy expanded New Jersey’s clean energy vision and raised its offshore wind energy goal to 11,000 megawatts by 2040. We commend Gov. Murphy on this bold action. These faults – coupled with a series of equipment and software failures, as well as human error – triggered a series of shutdowns that cascaded from state to state.
