PROSPECT HEIGHTS — With two weeks until Turkey Day, Brooklyn’s pie shops are gearing up to serve the masses with special flavors to make the holiday delicious. In the run-up to Thanksgiving, many of the borough’s dessert shops are already warning customers that treats are available “while supplies last,” like Gowanus favorite Four and Twenty Blackbirds, which will have a Thanksgiving pie pick-up at the Central Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library in the two days before the big day.
