No, I've never used a typewriter. But it's my goal to own at least one typewriter in my lifetime.

I prefer to be pitched on stories through email. It's even better when it includes a short summary of the main idea and where it's going.

As a writer with Film Daily, WordPress, Google Doc, and Gimp Pro are my best friends.

My favorite social network for work is Twitter. It keeps me connected to both information and people's feelings about it.

I wrote one article for my high school newspaper.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I'm most proud of writing 'A History of Star Wars Spinoffs, and Their Promising Future'. My first published article and I worked really hard.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Just keep writing. What you make will attract the interest and give you something to show for the time you've spent on your craft.

The best time to pitch me is between 10am and 4pm (PST).
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
The worst pitch I've ever gotten was the one that was never made in the first place.

My favorite publication to read is The Root. Their pieces are beautifully craft, full of information, and interesting to read.
