This cross-sectional survey was conducted between December 1, 2018 and January 15, 2019 in Turkish provinces of Konya and Afyonkarahisar. The Socio-Economic Development Index (SEGE) levels of these and provinces were classified as Level 2 for Konya and Level 4 for Afyonkarahisar, with SEGE levels ranging from 1 (highest development) and 5 (lowest development) [34]. The study involved children from two randomly selected primary and two randomly selected secondary schools in each province.
