What was your first job as a journalist?
I pitched Wine Enthusiast and started getting print and digital assignments.
Have you ever used a typewriter?
No, but I did use a Brother Word Processor with a one-line screen to write papers in high school and college.

Instagram. It's addictively delicious to be immersed in travel, food and beverage journeys all over the world.

I didn't work for the high school newspaper but I was on the yearbook staff.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Stay hungry, hustle, take time off, read and write everyday.
What's your favorite drink?
A Negroni on one large cube with Beefeater Gin and Dolin Rouge Vermouth, garnished with a flamed orange peel. Or Champagne, always Champagne.
