Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace ('KONGSBERG') and consortium partner Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) have signed a contract with the Polish Armaments Agency for the delivery of Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) to protect the country against the evolving threats from unmanned aerial platforms. The contract is worth about NOK 16 billion to KONGSBERG. The programme, called SAN CUAS, entails the delivery of 18 CUAS batteries.

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace ('KONGSBERG') has signed a contract for the delivery of ORCCA® combat system elements to four 212CD submarines for the German Navy and two for Norway. The contract has a total value of NOK 3.5 billion. Earlier in December 2025, the Norwegian government announced plans to acquire two more 212CD submarines, in addition to the four that have already been ordered. The proposal is awaiting formal approval by the Norwegian parliament (Stortinget).

The value of the transaction is undisclosed. "The acquisition of Zone 5 marks a significant strategic move for KONGSBERG. Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KONGSBERG) has signed a contract with Rheinmetall Air Defence for the delivery of its command and control solution into the Skyranger 30 mobile air defence system. The end customer is the Dutch Ministry of Defence. The contract will secure seamless integration between the Skyranger 30 and the NASAMS and NOMADS air defence systems that the Netherlands procured from KONGSBERG in November 2024. The value of the contract is in the high double-digit million euros.

Investing.com -- Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace has been awarded a $117,900,168 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract for the U.S. Marine Corps. The Norwegian defense company will supply 101 Protector Remote Turret 20 units for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle Medium Caliber Cannon (ACV-30) vehicle. The contract also covers associated production costs, fielding and support costs, support and test equipment, and spares.

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KONGSBERG) has entered a fourth follow-on contract with Japan to supply the Joint Strike Missile (JSM) for the country's fleet of F-35A fighter aircraft. The contract is valued at NOK 1.9 billion. The JSM is a 5th generation stealth air-to surface missile developed to fill F-35A anti-surface warfare (ASuW) and land attack capability gaps. Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS (KONGSBERG) has received an order from Raytheon Missiles & Defence for Naval Strike Missiles (NSM) to the US Navy Over-The-Horizon Weapon System (OTH WS) program worth MNOK 1 345. Raytheon is prime contractor to the US Navy. The order is related to the OTH WS framework agreement announced 31 May 2018. KONGSBERG has signed orders for MNOK 3 110 under this framework agreement. "This is the largest NSM-order from US Navy so far.
