Abstract Numerous therapeutic agents have been demonstrated to initiate antitumor immune responses, thereby driving significant progress in cancer immunotherapy. However, clinical translation is severely limited by persistent challenges, including systemic toxicity, the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME), and low nanoparticle delivery efficiency.
Data-driven distributed optimal control of VPP for guaranteed frequency response in low-inertia power systems
Abstract In this study, we propose a data-driven distributed optimal control approach to realize guaranteed system frequency response (SFR) from aggregated resources within the virtual power plant (VPP). First, a framework for guaranteed SFR based on the concept of VPP is proposed, which includes an upper optimization layer and a lower coordinated control layer. The optimization layer provides each VPP with the frequency response target expected by the transmission system operator (TSO).

4. Discussion Child anthropometric adiposity measures were positively correlated with SBP and DBP in both boys and girls at the age of 2 years. Weight measures (ZWFL and BMIZ) were associated with higher serum insulin levels in boys, but not in girls. Maternal hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were associated with higher offspring SBP and DBP, and maternal GDM was associated with higher offspring SBP at the age of 2 years.

Abstract Water-based fracturing fluids are widely used in the development of tight, low-permeability unconventional oil and gas fields, where the crosslinking agent component can thicken the low-viscosity, high-flowability base fluid to ensure sufficient proppant is transported from the wellbore to the tip of the fracture and generate the required net pressure to support the fracture. Zirconium crosslinking agents are widely used due to their good stability and high shear resistance.

Abstract Background The relationship between selenium (Se) and insulin resistance remains unclear. We aim to explore the association between toenail Se levels and insulin resistance through a cross-sectional study comprising Chinese vegetarians and matched omnivores. Methods In this study, we enrolled 220 vegetarians and 220 omnivores matched by age and sex from Shanghai. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method was used to measure toenail Se levels.
