Kyle McAuley’s Biography

Kyle McAuley’s career reflects creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and adaptability. After earning a theater degree from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, he moved to Los Angeles in 2012, eager to immerse himself in the city’s vibrant entertainment scene. Initially, he focused on acting and music, producing, directing, and hosting original content, including short films and digital projects. However, as his career progressed, he discovered a new passion for real estate and business, leading him to transition into these fields.

In 2015, Kyle purchased a condo in Northridge, California, and started his real estate journey. The condo was used as a long-term rental property, and over time, he refined his understanding of property management and investment. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two new properties—one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the other in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. These strategic investments demonstrate his growing expertise in real estate, reflecting his commitment to building long-term wealth through smart investments.

Before moving into real estate and business, Kyle spent six years as a professional DJ and emcee under the name DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS. He entertained at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events, gaining recognition for his engaging performances. Although he no longer actively promotes his DJ services, he performs occasionally for friends and past clients. His Lunakye identity remains a significant part of his social media presence, where he continues to engage with his audience through his creative work.

Kyle has also become an influential political voice, using his platforms on Instagram and X to offer commentary on various issues, from foreign policy to economic trends. Known for his relatable style and humor, he uses his social media presence to challenge his followers to think critically about the world around them. His political views are deeply rooted in conservative principles, and he advocates for unity and positive change through open discussion and active participation.

Kyle’s early career in entertainment started at a young age, performing in plays, musicals, and TV shows. He received recognition at NewFilmmakers Los Angeles for his original content, where he earned accolades for producing, directing, and hosting his projects. Additionally, he served as Committee Chairman at NFMLA, developing leadership skills and contributing to the organization's success.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts and has completed additional civic leadership and dramatic arts certifications. He continues to use his diverse skill set to grow professionally and personally.
