In high school, I input football box scores for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Friday nights.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
It's a job that comes with great privilege and responsibility—you are both the student and the teacher.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
A whole lot of Google Sheets! And Slack, lots and lots of Slack!
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
There were many at Bloomberg. The night when Martin Shkreli got arrested was an exciting one in the newsroom.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
On a plane! I've flown more than 200,000 miles in the past year.
