Hi everyone! I’m a nurse originally from the Baltimore area but I currently live in Los Angeles. I'm considering purchasing my first property in Baltimore. I want to buy a rowhome as a furnished mid-term rental and would really appreciate advice from investors who know the local market. My ideal tenants would primarily be traveling medical professionals, visiting faculty, relocating professionals, and families of patients receiving care at Johns Hopkins, UMMC, Mercy, or other Baltimore hospitals.
