Laurence Grigorov

Beginning his career as a manufacturing engineer with Unilever and a director of design and manufacturing with PPR Performance Filters, Laurence Grigorov oversaw the design and installation of production plant equipment and a proprietary line of aftermarket automotive air filters. For the past 12 years, he has led the development of residential properties throughout Greater Johannesburg as director at Laurence Martin Developments. Mr. Grigorov’s projects with the firm include luxury multifamily complexes, such as Coho in Dunkeld West and Ten on Grosvenor in Bryanston, and custom-built homes, such as the Illovo House.
