I am an experienced writer who approaches both journalism and content marketing work with a reporter's eye. Before launching my freelance writing business, I worked in public education for 5 years. Since then, I've become Hubspot-certified in Content Marketing and continue honing my SEO chops as a freelance editor for publications such as Greatist and Reader's Digest.

I have also been a family caregiver, which fuels my passion for writing about hospice, palliative care, and caregiver burnout. Other frequent topics include nutrition, mental health, and women's health.
