Målet er klart: Flere eldre skal kunne bo trygt hjemme lenger, med gode lokalsamfunn, tilpassede boliger, aktivitet, fellesskap og bedre støtte til både eldre og pårørende. Dette er ikke bare en helse- og omsorgsreform. Det handler om hvordan vi ønsker at samfunnet vårt skal fungere i møte med en stadig større eldre befolkning.
