He holds a teaching license from the Arkansas Department of Education, with endorsements as an ESL Instructor and an ADOL teacher. His career started as an LRSD art educator, deeply involved in initiatives that enhance visual arts education across all school levels. He has also served as a college and career coach, has held numerous positions within the Little Rock Education Association, and has been active in creating lesson plans for national online platforms and conducting educational focus groups.
He has authored various books and produced the movie "Supa Tight," a crime thriller based on his comic book. Since 1992, he has led art, writing, music, self-esteem, and character-building workshops.
