50+ Books. One Knowledge Ecosystem.

50+ Books. One Knowledge Ecosystem.

amazon.com — The Lexx Che library is being built as an interconnected ecosystem of 50+ books spanning responsibility, decision architecture, AI, power, culture, identity, leadership, organizational systems, advertising, technology, transformation, and human agency. The books are organized into independent titles, multi-volume series, methodological frameworks, and interconnected research cycles. Responsibility, Operating in the Dark, Anti-Coaching, Identity Systems, Reality Deskbooks and other lines approach complex systems from different operational perspectives — from individual decisions to institutions, technologies, markets, and cultural structures. The ecosystem extends beyond finished books. Black Field Notes functions as its living research layer: observations, working hypotheses, emerging ideas, cultural analysis, field notes, and concepts that can later develop into articles, frameworks, or full-length books. It keeps the architecture open rather than treating publication as the end of an idea. Built from nearly two decades of professional practice and continuing independent research, the ecosystem connects disciplines that are usually examined separately. Each book can stand alone. Together, they form an expanding knowledge architecture designed to evolve over years. 50+ books. Multiple research domains. One continuously developing system.

Deep Digital Co — Building Systems, Not Just Interfaces

Deep Digital Co — Building Systems, Not Just Interfaces

behance.net — Deep Digital Co is an international digital agency operating across strategy, identity, design, technology, and complex digital production. Over nearly two decades, we have delivered 1,000+ projects across international markets — from brand identities and digital ecosystems to platforms, products, 3D/CG, motion, advertising, and narrative systems. Our work connects strategic thinking with execution, allowing a single team to move from positioning and visual language to interfaces, technology, content, and launch. We work with startups, established companies, financial institutions, technology businesses, cultural projects, and complex organizations where design cannot exist separately from business logic. Our portfolio has received 300+ professional recognitions, including major international digital and design awards and editorial features. Deep Digital Co operates as a multidisciplinary system rather than a narrow production studio. Strategy, art direction, branding, UI/UX, development, motion, illustration, 3D/CG, AI-assisted production, and communication are assembled around the problem rather than forced into a predefined service package. Different industries. Different technologies. Different scales. One principle remains constant: build systems strong enough to survive beyond the first impression.

Operating in the Dark — Eight Books on Responsibility + Anti-Coaching in Practice

Operating in the Dark — Eight Books on Responsibility + Anti-Coaching in Practice

amazon.com — Operating in the Dark is an interconnected eight-book series exploring responsibility, decision-making, leadership, power, and human agency under sustained uncertainty. The series examines environments where incomplete information, pressure, limited resources, conflicting interests, and irreversible consequences are permanent operating conditions. Across the cycle, it develops a framework for understanding how individuals and organizations act when certainty is unavailable but responsibility remains. A ninth book extends the architecture into practice: Responsibility. Anti-Coaching. It develops the Anti-Coaching methodology through applied cases, moving from the structural principles explored throughout the series toward their use in real situations. Together, the nine books form one of the foundational structures of the broader Black Field ecosystem — connecting responsibility, systems thinking, organizational behavior, decision architecture, and Anti-Coaching within a continuous body of research and applied work. Developed during the war in Ukraine, the series emerged alongside many of the conditions it examines. Pressure, uncertainty, constraint, and consequence are treated as operating realities rather than abstract management concepts.

Black Field Notes — Ideas Before They Become Systems

Black Field Notes — Ideas Before They Become Systems

amazon.com — Black Field Notes is a continuously evolving series within the broader Black Field knowledge ecosystem. Unlike the structured analytical books, these volumes capture ideas while they are still moving — observations, fragments, hypotheses, contradictions, emerging connections, and intellectual experiments preserved before they are compressed into finished frameworks. The series moves across leadership, responsibility, markets, media, technology, culture, narratives, human behavior, and the architecture of complex systems. Individual volumes can enter entirely different territories, while recurring ideas gradually connect them into a larger field. Many of the concepts developed elsewhere in Black Field first exist in this form. The Notes preserve the intermediate layer between observation and architecture: the moment when an idea has already acquired direction but has not yet become doctrine, methodology, or a full-length analytical book. Written during the war in Ukraine and continuing to expand, Black Field Notes is the living research layer of the ecosystem — unfinished by design, open to revision, and accumulating material for structures that may take years to fully emerge.

MZNTRP / TopDarkArt — The Visual Layer of the Ecosystem

MZNTRP / TopDarkArt — The Visual Layer of the Ecosystem

etsy.com — MZNTRP is the visual and artistic layer of the broader ecosystem — an independent body of work exploring mythology, mortality, religion, power, transformation, the occult, and the darker structures of human imagination. Through original drawings, ink, acrylic, digital works, and limited physical pieces, ideas that appear elsewhere through books, research, and systems are approached through symbols rather than explanation. The practice draws from engraving, sacred imagery, esoteric traditions, medieval visual culture, and contemporary dark art while developing its own recurring symbolic language. TopDarkArt is the physical distribution point for this work: original one-of-one artworks, selected editions, and objects intended to exist as artifacts rather than decorative content. It is another interface of the same larger field — where research becomes image, concepts become symbols, and intellectual architecture acquires a physical form.

TAKTIKA — A Wartime Cultural and Operational System

TAKTIKA — A Wartime Cultural and Operational System

TAKTIKA — TAKTIKA was created at the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine as a direct response to aggression, uncertainty, and the need for a new visual language around Ukrainian resistance. It was never conceived as a conventional apparel brand. From the beginning, product, symbolism, communication, volunteer activity, and wartime identity existed inside the same system. The Sokol—Tryzub and HATE projects moved far beyond merchandise. Their symbols were adopted by military personnel, volunteers, and people directly connected to the war, appearing on clothing, patches, stickers, equipment, and eventually as tattoos. HATE developed particularly far beyond its original context, becoming an independent cultural signal reproduced outside the brand itself. I built TAKTIKA from the ground up, connecting creative direction with the complete operational structure behind it: product development, collections, illustration, visual systems, communication, production, contractors, sales, fulfillment, audience development, and quality control. The system operated without marketplaces and continued functioning through wartime instability, disrupted supply chains, financial pressure, and persistent external risk. At the same time, TAKTIKA evolved into a volunteer media platform. Its audience was used to amplify fundraising for military medical treatment and rehabilitation, vehicles, drones, tactical equipment, communications, humanitarian assistance, and other urgent needs. Hundreds of publications were produced without paid placement, turning the brand’s communication infrastructure into a practical distribution channel for support. Another layer developed around military identity. TAKTIKA created visual systems for military units, initiatives, and adjacent wartime projects, including symbols, patches, apparel graphics, campaign materials, and communication assets. TAKTIKA ultimately became larger than the category in which it started. It operates simultaneously as product, visual language, media infrastructure, volunteer mechanism, military identity practice, and a documented cultural response to war.

The Cost of Waiting for Better Information

The Cost of Waiting for Better Information

International Policy Digest — Published in International Policy Digest, an independent international publication founded in 2011 and based in The Hague, Netherlands, with readers in nearly 200 countries. Its coverage spans foreign policy, security, economics, technology and culture, bringing together perspectives from across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. The article examines how decisions become harder as information, time and consequences move simultaneously. More analysis can conceal institutional paralysis while available options disappear. It follows the gap between formal authority and operational control, the unequal weight of reversible and irreversible choices, and the point where waiting becomes a decision whose costs fall on others. Drawing on my experience in humanitarian and social initiatives and other projects during the war in Ukraine, the article connects this reality to my Operating in the Dark — Responsibility Series and the Anti-Coaching methodology. When needs exceed resources and conditions change faster than forecasts, judgment requires explicit boundaries: what can be known, what can be influenced, what cannot be repaired, and who carries the consequences. The methodology begins with diagnosis and field mapping: information gaps, structural weaknesses, resource constraints, dependencies and responsibility. Decision architecture then establishes priorities, authority, conditions for action and signals for revision. It also exposes where leaders compensate personally for failures embedded in the system. Analysis can clarify these choices; the responsibility for making them remains. Waiting does not suspend responsibility. It determines which options survive—and who pays for those that disappear.

AI Does Not Need Consciousness to Take Power

AI Does Not Need Consciousness to Take Power

International Policy Digest — International Policy Digest is an independent international publication founded in 2011 and based in The Hague, covering global affairs, politics, economics, technology and culture. Published in the Tech section, this is the third editorial version of my article to appear in international media. Its central question is reaching a wider readership and has also prompted discussion on LinkedIn. I examine how AI can acquire institutional power without consciousness: by defining relevant evidence, ranking options and shaping the reality within which people decide. A human signature offers little protection when the person cannot inspect the reasoning, challenge the assumptions or interrupt the process. The article explores how incentives make agreement with an algorithm safer than independent judgment; how responsibility becomes dispersed among developers, operators and institutions; and how dependence on automated infrastructure can weaken the practical ability to refuse its decisions. This publication is an entry point into a broader question: what alternative architecture could preserve independent judgment, meaningful oversight and the right to challenge the system? I will develop that model in future publications.
