Relapse predictors and brain atrophy in antibody-positive and antibody-negative autoimmune encephalitis: a multicenter cohort study
Abstract Background: Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is clinically heterogeneous, but whether relapse predictors and structural correlates of disability differ by antibody status remains unclear. We aimed to identify serostatus-specific predictors of relapse and determine whether brain atrophy is associated with 12-month functional outcome across the AE spectrum.
Dynamic analysis and parameter optimization of combined multi-layer linear vibrating screen
1. Introduction Vibrating screening equipment, as a device for material classification and separation, is widely used in industries such as coal, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and construction. In the coal industry, it is mainly applied in processes such as coal grading, dewatering, desliming, and medium removal [1]-[3]. In the modern coal preparation process, the reliability, stability, and timeliness of coal preparation have become new requirements for vibrating screening machinery.

A Self-Powered DSSH Circuit with MOSFET Threshold Voltage Management for Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting
1. Introduction Wireless sensor nodes are widely used in various fields, such as medical implants, wildlife tracking, and pipeline monitoring [ 1 ]. However, frequent battery replacement or recharging poses a challenge for these applications. Vibration energy harvesting offers a promising solution for powering these wireless sensors.
