September’s Fiery Spiritual Sequence: Spring Equinox + The Harvest Supermoon
We can expect a “full” spiritual events calendar for late September with the biggest and last Supermoon of the year and Spring Equinox both falling towards the end of the month. I hear this uttered in the streets, from my friends, on social media, and in my consulting room with my clients – especially in sessions with my couples. The problem is that we’re misusing and over-utilising the term to refer to anyone lying, in any situation. But this isn’t the full picture. Did you know?

5 money habits that are slowly killing your relationship, according to an expert.
There are several financial habits that put a strain on couple relationships, and for some couples, it may even become the reason their relationship breaks down. Let's look at an example of an Australian couple and their relationship with money. Watch: Constance Hall gets honest about money. Post continues below. We'll call this couple Kevin and Keisha. Kevin grew up in a household with parents who had unmanageable debts and huge expenses associated with raising their four kids.
How your childhood impacts your adult relationships
Are you constantly making the same relationship mistakes over and over again? Always seeking out partners that are certified walking red flags? Or maybe – like one sir Anthony Bridgerton – you can't help but push those you love away. The good news is you're not alone, and according to relationship therapist Lissy Abrahams, author of Relationship Reset, there's no need to blame yourself. You just need to look back through your childhood.
There are 3 ways to stop the 'conflict cycle', according to a couples counsellor.
When there are ongoing cycles of conflict in our couple relationship, we often unconsciously take our partner’s comments, behaviour, opinion, tone of voice or facial expression as a threat. In that moment, we’re triggered into fight- or-flight and our mind and body react to our partner as if they were a hungry bear chasing us. The threat feels very real, and we react accordingly. We fight or run for our lives. The tragedy is that couples can do this for years, or even decades.
What to know about your 'relational template' and how it affects the way treat your partner.
• Parents’ separation or divorce • Parental experiences with extended families • Family trauma such as early parental death or illness, poverty, a sudden loss of money, or being a migrant • Own separation or divorce • Relationships with siblings and birth order. We can see how these experiences shape our mind, our relational wiring, how we absorb and process information and experiences, and how we feel about them.
