We conducted this study within the Jiangsu Birth Cohort (JBC) Study, which is a prospective and longitudinal study recruiting families who received assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment and those with spontaneous pregnancies (SP). Detailed cohort design and data collection have been previously described [14].
