We are proud to lead hospitals and clinics that serve as lifelines for children, families, veterans and seniors in our community. Right now at the Capitol, state lawmakers are considering a bill that could threaten this health care.
It’s no secret that 2023 has been a challenging year for hospitals and other health care facilities across the nation, and Colorado Springs was no exception. Even so, as I reflect on the past 12 months in which I’ve served as president and CEO of UCHealth’s southern region, I am both filled with gratitude and proud of the outstanding medical care provided throughout our community.
