Bridging international and domestic factors in climate multilevel governance: a qualitative comparative analysis of low-carbon pilot cities in China
Abstract Multilevel climate governance involves collaboration at multiple levels and across sectors within national borders, as well as transnational cooperation and international treaties under the global climate change regime. However, how international cooperation is integrated into the domestic multilevel governance framework and facilitates better local climate policymaking has been underexplored.

Genotype of dengue virus serotype 1 in relation to severe dengue in Guangzhou, China
1 INTRODUCTION Dengue fever (DF) is an emerging arboviral disease caused by the dengue virus (DENV) and is endemic in tropical and subtropical countries worldwide.1 The incidence of DENV infections was estimated to be almost 400 million per year, of which about 25% were clinically apparent decades ago.2 The reported cases of dengue have increased dramatically worldwide in recent decades, leading to dengue being identified as one of ten threats to global health in 2019.3 As the Americas,...
Monitoring of Oil Spill Risk in Coastal Areas Based on Polarimetric SAR Satellite Images and Deep Learning Theory
1. Introduction As a part of the ocean, coastal areas provide a large portion of the material and energy needs of human beings, and also provide a livable ecological environment for marine species []. Therefore, the ecological environment of coastal areas is of great significance to human beings. However, due to the uncontrolled exploitation of marine resources and discharge of pollutants, the ecological environments of many coastal areas are facing some ecological risks—typically, oil spill risks.
Remote Sensing | Free Full-Text | Multi-Scale Response Analysis and Displacement Prediction of Landslides Using Deep Learning with JTFA: A Case Study in the Three Gorges Reservoir, China
3. Multi-Scale Response Analysis with JTFA 3.1. Pre-Processing of the Collected Data Sequence Baishuihe landslide is a typical loose mound landslide in the TGR, about 56 km west of the Three Gorges Dam in Zigui County, Hubei Province (see a). The landslide slope is about 30° with an average thickness of about 30 m, and the volume is about 1260 × 104 m3. The sliding surface is a contact zone between residual slope deposit and bedrock that is about 0.9–3.1 m thick.
