Where to find contractor-investors?
Where can I find a contractor to get deals from? I’m an out of state section 8 investor looking to expand my single family rental portfolio. I had this idea where in an ideal situation, I could consistently buy newly renovated turnkey single family homes from a contractor who has bought the home and fixed it up into turnkey condition. I could then purchase directly from them and they could do more projects and I can keep buying from them and grow my portfolio. Just me and the contractor(s).
