What was your first job as a journalist?

My first foray into journalism came as an undergraduate at the University of York (The Tab, York Vision, and The Indiependent).

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

At this time, I am not accepting pitches

Why did you become a journalist?

I was inspired to become a journalist by many of my favourite writers of fiction - to name a few: Wolfe, Hemingway, and Thompson.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I did not work for my high school newspaper; however, I did for my university newspaper - I was a Section Editor.
