Michael C. Miller is professor emeritus in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Madeline Fleisher is a staff attorney at the Environmental Law & Policy Center in Columbus. Everyone loves a good fish story. That’s because this story begins with how much mercury has been dumped into the Ohio River where locals love to fish, swim, boat and jet ski.
