Why did you become a journalist?

Growing up writing was always my coping mechanism and I loved telling stories. Journalism provides me the chance to do what I love.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

My high school didn't have a school newspaper, or else I would have worked for it.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I wrote an extensive story about ICE in Butler County, OH. Covering immigration is very important and I am pursuing more stories on the topic

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

With my family or friends.
