I was a photographer for the Star
Have you ever used a typewriter?
haha, no
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I prefer email pitches that are short, clear, and tailored to my beats—especially tech, health, food, lifestyle, and underreported community stories. Include a strong angle, why it matters now, and any access to voices or data. If it’s urgent or hyperlocal (especially in Nairobi), a WhatsApp heads-up is welcome after the initial email.
